Library: CEE Initiative, Clean water pumps

The Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) Board has approved the new CEE Commercial and Industrial (C&I) Pump Systems Initiative (Initiative) on January 21, 2020. Pump Systems have the potential for 339 Terawatt-hours of savings over the next 30 years in the United States (U.S.). CEE is positioned to support members and work with industry toward increasing the availability of highly efficient pump systems by:

• Defining high energy performance pumps,
• Defining and tracking the market to support communication and education,
• Setting a framework for considering system and integrated demand side management principles.
