This report is of an evaluation of a dynamic pricing pilot program to develop assessments of the likely impact of a variety of dynamic pricing programs on BGE residential customer load shapes- the residential pilot program, Smart Energy Pricing (SEP) Pilot. The reports describes the experimental design of the SEP, summarizes the analytical methods and data used in the estimation of the load impacts from the SEP treatments, and summarizes the impact evaluation results.
