ComEd Home Energy Report Program Decay Rate and Persistence Study – Year Two

This report presents a summary of the findings and results from Navigant’s persistence and decay rate study for the second year after reports were stopped in the Home Energy Report (HER) program. The primary intention of this report is to identify the extent of persistence and decay of household energy savings after the termination of HER reports. This report extends research done in PY7 on the decay rate in the first year after reports were stopped.
ComEd and Nicor Gas Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Evaluation Report

The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program began as a pilot in EPY8/GPY5 and is jointly managed by ComEd and Nicor Gas. There were 10 participants in the pilot year and eight of the 10 will continue their involvement through EPY9/GPY6. Although jointly managed, the day-to-day operation of the program is conducted by CLEAResult. This report presents a summary of the findings and results from the impact and process evaluation of the Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program for EPY8/GPY5.
