The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program began as a pilot in EPY8/GPY5 and is jointly managed by ComEd and Nicor Gas. There were 10 participants in the pilot year and eight of the 10 will continue their involvement through EPY9/GPY6. Although jointly managed, the day-to-day operation of the program is conducted by CLEAResult. This report presents a summary of the findings and results from the impact and process evaluation of the Strategic Energy Management (SEM) program for EPY8/GPY5.
