A recent report by Energy Management Solutions details the major design and specification concerns of roadway lighting and examines the potential for induction and light-emitting diode (LED) luminaires to save energy and money while providing high-quality lighting for motorists and pedestrians. The report includes a 10-step how-to manual for the appropriate selection of LED roadway luminaires and provides a comprehensive discussion of induction and LED roadway luminaire technologies.
