This report is a market assessment of natural gas furnaces in Oregon. The objectives of this study are to develop a market model showing the shares of mid and high efficiency furnaces sold in the new construction and replacement markets; to estimate furnace pricing or incremental pricing of efficiency upgrades; to determine economics to the customer; to determine trends and barriers affecting the markets for efficient furnaces; and to highlight program opportunities and recommendations.
