The Residential sector behavioural potential covered a range of behaviours in seven end uses as follows: Space Heating and Cooling, Lighting, Domestic Hot Water (DHW), Refrigeration and Freezers, Appliances, Computers and Peripherals, TV and Entertainment, and Small Appliances. For the Commercial sector, the report considered 15 behaviours in the following five categories: Lighting, Heating and Cooling, Refrigeration, Plug Loads (including computers), Whole Building (including use of the elevator).The findings confirm the existence of significant potential cost-effective electrical energy savings from behavioural changes in both the Residential and Commercial sectors.
