This document represents the results of New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program, administered by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities’ Office of Clean Energy. Included are financial, participation, energy savings/generation and emissions reduction data for the energy efficiency and renewable energy programs during the period from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007.

This report presents the activities of the New Jersey Clean Energy Program over the course of 2006. It documents the expenditures, the energy, financial, and emissions savings, and changes to the program for 2006. New Jersey's Clean Energy Program was created as part of the Electric Discount and Energy Competition Act with the objective of transforming the energy marketplace in New Jersey in support of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
