New Jersey's Clean Energy Program: 2006 Annual Report

This report presents the activities of the New Jersey Clean Energy Program over the course of 2006. It documents the expenditures, the energy, financial, and emissions savings, and changes to the program for 2006. New Jersey's Clean Energy Program was created as part of the Electric Discount and Energy Competition Act with the objective of transforming the energy marketplace in New Jersey in support of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.
